Alessandra Pereira Ribeiro has a bachelor's degree in Law from the Estácio de Sá University (UNESA) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Estácio de Sá University (UNESA). She has experience in civil and strategic litigation.

Beatriz Estill
Beatriz Rieche Estill holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Law degree from Ibmec University. Visiting researcher at Unidroit (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law). Prior to working at PVS Advogados, she was a civil litigation and insurance lawyer.
Beatriz acted as coach of the Ibmec Rio de Janeiro team in two editions of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, which is one of the largest and most traditional arbitration competitions. In addition, she was a researcher and oralist for the same team in previous years.
She is also a member of the Young Arbitration Practitioners Committee (CJA/CBMA), Brazilian Arbitration Committee (Cbar) and Young ICCA.

Bruno Brandão (also known as Bruno Brandão de Queiroz) worked in the last years for law firm Vega, Honorato, Brandão Advogados, where he was a partner. Previously, he had worked for 02 years at the Attorney's Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He has a vast experience in civil litigation, including the structuring and management of mass litigation (volume). Bruno has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a graduate degree in Public Administration Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).

Catarina Miranda holds a law degree from UNESA/RJ and a specialist (post-graduated) in Civil Procedure and Legal Management from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
She currently dedicates herself to specializing in commercial aviation issues.
Before joining PVS Advogados, she was a corporate associate at Amaral e Gomes Advogados and Navega Advogados Associados, both in civil liability.
She has experience with civil and commercial dispute resolution, with emphasis in commercial civil aviation and civil liability.

Diogo Pires
Diogo Pires e Albuquerque Santos represents foreign and Brazilian clients in the development of all sorts of real estate transactions. Diogo assists clients in the purchase and sale of rural and urban real estate, residential and non-residential lease agreements, and shopping malls. He also assists clients in projects involving acquisition of forests, built-to-suit lease, legal audits, and preparation and analysis of contracts with real estate aspects.
Diogo’s experience in the real estate area includes transactions developed in several industries and segments, such as the pharmaceutical, retail, banking, hotel, leisure, and energy industries. Diogo has already represented companies such as Pfizer; Boeing Industries; Bank of America Merril Lynch; Rio Bravo Investimentos; Hyatt Hotels Corporation; Cinépolis; and Lafarge. He has also participated in several transactions with foreign companies of Canada, United States, Norway, United Kingdom, and Mexico.
During his undergraduate program, Diogo did an internship at Brookfield Shopping Centers S.A., former Brascan Imobiliária S.A., one of the biggest and most successful companies owning shopping malls in the country.
Fluent in English, Diogo has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes, with specialization in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing do RJ (ESPM); he has a graduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from IAG of PUC of Rio de Janeiro.

Guillherme Giesta
Guilherme Valladares Giesta has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and is a specialist in Business Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and in Civil Procedure from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). He currently has the position of Legal Assistant of the Office of the Secretary of Finance of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Before becoming a partner at PBVS Advogados, Guilherme was an associated lawyer of the law firm Pedro Calmon Filho & Associados; associated lawyer of the law firm Gaia, Silva & Gaede; partner of the law firm Giesta & Mainier Advogados; and partner of the law firm Vega, Honorato & Brandão Advogados.
Guilherme was also a member of the Committee of Real Estate Law and of the Committee of Legislative Issues of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ). Solid knowledge on the contingency of labor lawsuits, judicial motions, court hearings, negotiation of settlement agreements, elaboration of management reports, and consulting on labor legal matters with focus on prevention, reduction and solution of conflicts.
He provides services for companies from various segments: Retail trade, pharmaceutical, telephony, utility, call centers, airlines, construction, insurance carriers, educational institutions among many others.

Before joining PVS Advogados, she was an associate lawyer at Siqueira Castro Advogados, in Strategic Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation. Thaís Vasconcellos was also President of the Arbitration Committee of the Volta Redonda section of the Brazilian Bar Association.
