Bruno Brandão (also known as Bruno Brandão de Queiroz) worked in the last years for law firm Vega, Honorato, Brandão Advogados, where he was a partner. Previously, he had worked for 02 years at the Attorney's Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He has a vast experience in civil litigation, including the structuring and management of mass litigation (volume). Bruno has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a graduate degree in Public Administration Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).
Diego Corrêa Lima de Aguiar Dias holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). During college, he worked as a trainee at several public agencies (MPF - 2nd Region, MPE-RJ, NUDEDH / DPE-RJ), as well as at Luís Roberto Barroso & Associados law firm.
After graduated, he got conflict mediation at MEDIARE institute and assisted the Mediation Coordination of the Public Defender’s Office in Rio de Janeiro (DPE-RJ) in the implementation of institutional policies focused on this area. At the same time, he invested in his training as a teacher, having completed the master’s degree program in Education before PUC-Rio.
He devotes his practice to litigation, arbitration, and amicable methods of dispute resolution, especially to conflict mediation and Dispute Systems Design (DSD). During his academic and professional path, he has also been dedicated to extracurricular projects, such as Fundação Estudar´s training of young leaders (Laboratório Estudar), the study on management of social development projects (APM Group certified) and the legal assistance to NGO 4US – Inglês ao nosso alcance.
Diogo Pires e Albuquerque Santos represents foreign and Brazilian clients in the development of all sorts of real estate transactions. Diogo assists clients in the purchase and sale of rural and urban real estate, residential and non-residential lease agreements, and shopping malls. He also assists clients in projects involving acquisition of forests, built-to-suit lease, legal audits, and preparation and analysis of contracts with real estate aspects.
Diogo’s experience in the real estate area includes transactions developed in several industries and segments, such as the pharmaceutical, retail, banking, hotel, leisure, and energy industries. Diogo has already represented companies such as Pfizer; Boeing Industries; Bank of America Merril Lynch; Rio Bravo Investimentos; Hyatt Hotels Corporation; Cinépolis; and Lafarge. He has also participated in several transactions with foreign companies of Canada, United States, Norway, United Kingdom, and Mexico.
During his undergraduate program, Diogo did an internship at Brookfield Shopping Centers S.A., former Brascan Imobiliária S.A., one of the biggest and most successful companies owning shopping malls in the country.
Fluent in English, Diogo has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes, with specialization in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing do RJ (ESPM); he has a graduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from IAG of PUC of Rio de Janeiro.
Felipe Bittencourt (or Felipe Barbosa Bittencourt) has a degree in Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA) and specialization (graduate program) in Public Administration Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).
Former member, founding member, of law firm Dazzi, Bittencourt, Jucá e Lira Advogados Associados, he has a vast experience in civil litigation (strategic and mass) in the areas of civil liability, actions for indemnity, contractual disputes, consumer actions, credit recovery (execution and collection), company dissolution, succession, and litigation involving Public Law.
Felipe also has experience in administrative proceedings (Federal Government, States, and Municipalities), defending the interests of the clients in the preparation of requests, defenses, appeals, annulment of administrative acts, and achievement of strategic data by means of the Law of Access to Information.
He worked for ten (10) years as legal assistant at the Municipality of Niterói in the areas of bidding process, contracts, and agreements. In this period he represented the Municipal Foundation of Education of Niterói in the capacity of attorney in civil litigation, and presided at Public Calls. In the Public Administration Law, he has a specific certification in Classification and Decision of Commercial Bids in Bidding Processes, Administrative Appeals, Challenges to the Notice of the Bidding Process, and Request for Clarification, Participation of Small Companies in the Bidding Processes, Direct Contracts without Bidding Process, Exemption and Impossibility of Competitive Bidding, and Reverse Auction and Electronic Reverse Auction, with certified technical qualification to exercise the function of reverse auction operator.
Flávia Nunes has a degree in Law from Universidade Plínio Leite (UNIPLI) and a graduate degree in Civil Procedure from Instituição Cândido Mendes - AVM. She has experience in civil, strategic, and mass litigation.
Guilherme Valladares Giesta has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and is a specialist in Business Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and in Civil Procedure from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). He currently has the position of Legal Assistant of the Office of the Secretary of Finance of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Before becoming a partner at PBVS Advogados, Guilherme was an associated lawyer of the law firm Pedro Calmon Filho & Associados; associated lawyer of the law firm Gaia, Silva & Gaede; partner of the law firm Giesta & Mainier Advogados; and partner of the law firm Vega, Honorato & Brandão Advogados.
Guilherme was also a member of the Committee of Real Estate Law and of the Committee of Legislative Issues of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ). Gustavo Martins works since 2001 in the corporate labor law area, with medium and large-size law firms. Has over 15 years of experience in preventive legal advice, labor disputes, negotiations with and before the Brazilian Labor Agency and control bodies.
Solid knowledge on the contingency of labor lawsuits, judicial motions, court hearings, negotiation of settlement agreements, elaboration of management reports, and consulting on labor legal matters with focus on prevention, reduction and solution of conflicts.
He provides services for companies from various segments: Retail trade, pharmaceutical, telephony, utility, call centers, airlines, construction, insurance carriers, educational institutions among many others.

Marcio Faria has a degree in Law from Centro Universitário Plínio Leite (UNIPLI). He has professional experience in strategic and mass civil litigation; agreements in labor execution, having worked as intern at the legal department of IVB – Instituto Vital Brazil (State Government Agency of Research)
