Daniel Vega
Daniel Vega practiced, in the ten (10) years prior to the organization of PVS ADVOGADOS, in law firm Vega, Honorato, Brandão Advogados, where he was a founding partner.
He has a vast experience in civil and business strategic litigation. In addition to his ability as a strategic litigator, Daniel also has a lot of practice in the structuring and management of projects related to mass litigation (volume). He performed in a decisive manner in significant business operations and negotiations, assisting his clients in a comprehensive manner in stages which vary from the gathering of funds, including acquisitions, mergers, consolidations, and reduction of business liabilities in a negotiated manner, by means of refinancing and/or with resort to administrative and legal litigation. Daniel Vega also performs with excellence in the field of secured interests, assisting his clients in acquisitions and lease of real properties, possessory actions, and notarial acts. In his practice focused on Private Law, Daniel has a distinguished performance in litigations involving highly complex civil liability. Daniel provides intense consultancy to civil associations, foundations, tourist and entertainment companies in general, in addition to diverse natural persons and family companies which entrust him with their disputes and decisions.
Daniel has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (UCAM-Centro) and is a specialist in Private Law (graduate program) from Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF. He is Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
