Andre Lima
André Lima has a vast experience in civil and commercial litigation, practicing especially in issues related to contracts, civil liability, and Business Law. André also practices with excellence in the areas of Administrative and Constitutional Law, assisting his clients especially in bidding processes, government contracts, direct actions for the declaration of unconstitutionality, unconstitutionality complaints, and actions for public dishonesty. For many years he was the lawyer of traditional law firms, such as Villemor Amaral Advogados Associados; Paulo Cesar Pinheiro Carneiro Advogados and Fontes e Tarso Ribeiro Advogados.
André has a degree in Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and is also a specialist (graduate program) in Property Private Law from pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).
