With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and mediator, Mariana Souza is recognized for her strong work in conflict prevention and dispute resolution. Throughout her career, she has worked on highly complex mediations and domestic and international arbitrations, advising clients in the mining, construction, community relations, and consumer rights sectors. In academia, she teaches mediation and dispute resolution at renowned academic institutions.

• Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ADRs from Tulane University (USA);
• Postgraduate degree in Family and Inheritance Law from the Pontifical University of São Paulo (PUC-SP);
• Bachelor's degree in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
