With over 25 years of expertise in litigation and arbitration, André Smilgin's practice is characterized by dispute resolutions across a range of topics, including corporate disputes between shareholders and companies, cases involving various business contracts, and construction and infrastructure projects—including those involving the participation of public officials.

The partner, who frequently serves as an arbitrator, has been a member of the Arbitration Board of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA) since 2012 and has extensive experience administering arbitration proceedings. In addition to serving as a member of chambers and institutes focused on dispute resolution, André actively contributes to the development of the sector through articles and participation in events on Civil Procedure, Arbitration, and Mediation.
