Luiz Fernando Ract Camps
Camps has developed his professional career in large organizations. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked in the areas of Management and Preventive Consulting, Civil, Labor, Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, and, finally, providing technical support to business areas.
His career, developed nationally and internationally, allowed Camps to specialize in International Arbitration, Legal and Business Consulting, Risk and Results Management, Compliance and Mergers and Acquisitions, earning certifications in Brazil and the United States.
With a multidirectional focus, he began his career at the renowned law firm Machado Meyer. Later, he has worked in financial organizations such as banks, insurance and healthcare companies, leading teams and dealing with various topics. Using his legal expertise, integrating practices and peculiarities of corporate perspective, providing a practical and particular vision, Camps has ben able to perform the application of effective legal solutions.
He has extensive experience in restructuring legal areas and other departments such as commercial and human resources, acting in the preventive focus and generating results for shareholders, seeking legal and business efficiency, as well as a competitive differential for the business areas. All this experience becomes relevant, in the external counsel perspective, as it allows him to know better the client's needs and issues.
