Bruno Bastos
Bruno Bastos (or Bruno G. Bastos Esteves) has worked for more than 17 years in the financial, accounting, tax and due diligence areas, having worked in Big Four companies (Ernst & Young - "EY" and Deloitte) in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Head of M&A transactions of local and international companies, develops services on financial, tax (direct taxes, indirect taxes, international taxation – international remittances and transfer pricing - and due diligence), labor and social security consulting projects, supports Assurance department on corporate tax, labor / social security matters, among others.
He is also actively engaged in the analysis of resources, debt reduction, profit margins, income statements, balance sheets, cost and cash flows, EBITDA, tax planning implementation, integration, SPA reviews, executive compensation, as well studies for tax credit recovery, tax installments review, R&D projects, funding through FINEP for corporate entities, compliance and tax planning for individuals.
Bruno Bastos has been working systematically on providing consulting and due diligence services to clients from Services, Finance, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy and Oil & Gas.
With a background in Accounting from UERJ, Bruno Bastos provided technical training in taxes for clients and staff (TBS Consultoria, EY, Deloitte, Branco Consultores and Forever Living Products Brazil).
